Local businessman, Mr Abdul Jaffer, owns the home, and is committed to ensuring that the home provides the highest standard of care in comfortable and homely surroundings. Abdul has over seven years experience as a Managing Director in the Care Industry, and owns 3 other nursing homes in Dorset.

Donna Neilson
Operations Manager
Donna has worked in the Nursing industry since 1996, her last role being a Ward Sister managing a team of 40 staff on a 30-bedded acute surgical ward.

Qualifications RGN, BSC Degree in Clinical Nursing, NVQ Assessor and Student Mentor.

Shelley Otter
Manager
Shelley has worked in various roles in the crae nursing industry since 1994. In the past she has worked in the NHS on various wards including orthopaedics and medical. Shelley has also worked with nursing homes and as an occupational health nurse within the NHS and industry. In her spare time Shelley is a special constable SGT in the Poole division and spent 9 years in the Territorial army as a nurse.
Qualifications RGN, nurse practitioner, Occupational Health nurse
